Shalom, My name is Troy Messer. I am a  Chaplain  and  an ordained  Christian  Minister. Founder of chapel mission, and head chaplain.As well as the chaplain were I work.I have been ordained for thirty plus years. And licensed by the state of Ohio as a minister.I am endorced by Walker Chapel, Christianship world ministries, and First Baptist. And the United States Chaplain Corp. Exchange. My wife and I are Christian Messianic beievers, and attend the Beth Messiah Congregation in Loveland, Ohio. I have writen religious articles for our local news paper for three years. As well as having a radio program for two years. And have been interviewed by TBN Tv for the prison evangelism I had done for ten years. I have served our

Lord as an evangelist, Pastor, and Chaplain and I minister in prisons, jails, nurseing homes,,

security,hospitals,,funerals,weddings. And to anyone who needs a minister. This ministery  provides assistance

that is requested or needed regardless of ones religious affilations and beliefs. And responds in assisting local

authorities durning times of crisis as well as being a resource for the commuity.I also fill in for pastors that is sick or on vacation. And fill in for churches who have lost their pastor. Our ministries are Hebrew Christian. And Chapel Mission is a Hebrew Christian ministry.Our ministry is the ministry of helps.
